A Practical Framework for Awareness, Calibration, and Action
ZeroStep BASE explores practical tools for steadiness, performance, recovery, and meaningful forward movement under real-world conditions. The work draws from psychology, military behavioral health, resilience training, mind-body practice, structured adventure, and everyday experimentation. The goal is not intensity or perfection. It is learning how to build awareness, margin, and repeatable traction over time.
