Before you solve anything—
zero out.
Most of the time, we’re not responding to reality.
We’re responding to:
- accumulated thoughts
- tension
- unfinished narratives
- internal noise
Zeroing out is a reset.
A deliberate interruption.
Not passive. Not avoidance.
A hard pause to return to baseline.
Zero Out Check:
- Is this actually happening right now?
- Is this actionable—or am I looping?
- Am I solving something—or creating it?
From there, you can move cleanly.
Not from urgency.
Not from distortion.
But from calibration.
“If you’re coming out of serious debt, zero is not a bad place to be.”
