None of these signals mean something is “wrong.” They simply indicate that activation is climbing.
Left unchecked, the system shifts toward urgency.
With small adjustments—breathing slower, widening attention, easing pace—the system often recalibrates quickly. Awareness expands again, and decisions regain clarity.

Curiosity Lives in the Extra Space
Curiosity requires a small amount of spare capacity.
If all attention is consumed by urgency, there’s no room left for exploration, learning, or enjoyment.
